In September of 2006, we contracted Dawol Homes, Inc to build our primary residence in the Prince Creek Development situated in Murrells Inlet, SC.
Our house was completed on schedule and custom built to our mutually agreed upon specifications. Durning this process we received instructions and guidance from Rob Clemons, our primary contact at Dawol. Since we were out of town during the building process it was vital to be able to communicate weekly and sometimes on a daily basis regarding decisions and changes that invariably take place during construction. Our questions were answered promptly and to our satisfaction. Dawol has addressed all punch list issues in a timely manner. We are happy with the quality of construction and some very nice touches that were recommended to us by Dave Wolons and Rob Clemons.
The overall process of building is daunting and sometimes stressful undertaking but any concerns we had were handled with professionalism. We would recommend Dawol Homes Inc as a builder.
