Dawol Homes has been building quality homes along the Grand Strand since 1996, when the company was founded by David Wolons.

Dawol Homes has the advantage of having a long history, being one of the few custom homebuilders that survived the Great Recession that began in 2008. After a successful transfer from David Wolon to his daughter, Krissy Mauldin, Dawol Homes continues to thrive to this day.

In 2020, Dawol Homes relocated to Murrells Inlet, to a location that better suits their needs. With the introduction of a new, more expansive Dawol Homes Showroom and Design center, the company is excited to help cater to all of your architectural, exterior and interior design needs.

The team at Dawol Homes consists of a group of seven professionals who take pride in their custom homes. They go the extra mile to provide their clients with the highest level of personal service. The skilled design team will assist you in the interior and exterior modifications and selections to make your custom home your dream come true. Dawol Homes will design the home according to your style.

There are many selections to be made and watching it all come together at the end is magical. The Dawol Homes Design Team worked with the homeowners on modifying a Dawol Homes plan to customize it to their wishes. Once the plan was modified, Dawol proceeded to begin the construction process. The Dawol Design Team worked diligently with the customers on their selections. Some of the choices were made in the Dawol Design Center and appointments were made with their preferred vendors for selections such as customized tile showers, backsplash, cabinet design, and lighting fixtures.
